We only collect what we need to book your visit and give you any reward you win:

• Booking requests: your name, phone number, the services you choose, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
• Spin & Win: your mobile number, whether you chose Male or Female (so we can show the right rewards), the reward you won and its code.
• When you contact us: anything you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or on Instagram.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or passwords on this website.

• To confirm, manage and remind you about your appointments.
• To send you your Spin & Win code, check it when you redeem it, and make sure each number wins once.
• To answer your questions and give you the service you asked for.
• To protect our website from misuse and spam.

The booking form does not store your details on our website. When you tap "Send Booking on WhatsApp", WhatsApp opens with your details filled in, and they reach us only when you press send.

When you play Spin & Win and agree to receive your code on WhatsApp, our website sends your number and reward to the WhatsApp Business service run by Meta, which delivers your code to you and a copy to the salon. Messages on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our Spin & Win game saves your reward and whether you have already seen the game in your browser's local storage, so your code is still there when you come back. This stays on your device; you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Some parts of this website are provided by other companies, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies when the content loads:

• Google Maps, for the map on our contact section (Google Privacy Policy).
• Instagram (Meta), for photos from our Instagram feed (Instagram Privacy Policy).
• WhatsApp (Meta), for bookings and Spin & Win messages.
• Netlify, which hosts this website, and Unsplash, which serves some of our photos.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above so they can do their job for us, or when the law requires us to.

We keep booking and reward messages only as long as we need them to serve you and keep simple records of your visits, and then delete them. Spin & Win codes expire 7 days after you win.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you messages — just reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or tell us at the salon. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also withdraw your consent and raise a complaint with us, and with the Data Protection Board of India if your concern is not resolved.

We welcome kids at our salon, but bookings and Spin & Win on this website should be made by a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection and we limit who at the salon can see your messages. No online service is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
